About me

Alex Suter

I'm a Business AI student at FHNW in Switzerland, somewhere between business strategy and the code that makes it real.

On the side I founded Nuvate, a Swiss sleep brand, where I run everything from the shop to the ad campaigns.

When I'm not training reinforcement-learning agents or building tools with LLMs, you'll find me on chess.com hunting for tactics.

    • Agents, search, logic and the basics of machine learning.

    • Data modelling, SQL and building a database app as a team.

    • The statistics, calculus and linear algebra under ML models.

  5. Spring 2025

    2nd semester

Machine learning, knowledge representation, information systems and Python.

    • Modelling knowledge formally so AI systems can reason with it.

    • Supervised and unsupervised learning on business data, end to end.

    • Modelling enterprise systems with UML and BPMN.

    • Turning ideas into working Python applications.

  6. Autumn 2025

    • Reinforcement Learning project: training an RL drone
    • Marketing project (ongoing): digital strategy and solar calculator for Amperon
    • Attacks and defences, with AI on both sides.

    • Training neural networks: backprop, CNNs, transfer learning.

    • LLMs and building agents with tools, orchestration and guardrails.

    • Segmentation, positioning and the marketing mix, AI-assisted.

    • Designing how people and AI work together.
